Shipping Policy and Rates

All online orders are received by Tackle Cabin's Head Office and can only be shipped from our Head Office. All online order enquiries are to be directed to Rob or Cameron at the Tackle Cabin Head Office on 010 880 7515.

Ordering From Tackle Cabin

Tackle Cabin strives to get your order out to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped overnight on the same day of ordering. Any orders placed after 15:00 will only be attended to on the following business day (Monday to Friday). These orders will also be shipped overnight the following business day (Monday to Friday). To avoid any delays in shipping, please ensure that all orders are placed with the correct information. We require the following for JKJ Express shipments:

• Name and Surname
• Physical Address and Postal Code (Postal code has to be correct, as the JKJ Express system uses the Postal Code to select your area) (No P.O. Box Addresses)
• Cellular Telephone Number

JKJ Express Couriers will send information to your mobile phone pertaining to the delivery of your order. Please ensure that your mobile number is correct

Regrettably, no orders will be shipped or delivered on Public Holidays or Weekends. 

Please inspect your orders carefully before signing for the order. Once the waybill has been signed Tackle Cabin cannot accept any responsibility for orders that were damaged in transit.

ORDERS OVER R3000.00 HAVE THE OPTION TO SHIP FREE OF CHARGE. PLEASE SELECT THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION. THIS IS THE SAME OVERNIGHT SERVICE AS THE JKJ EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ORDERS CONTAINING RODS OR BULKY ITEMS. ORDERS CONTAINING RODS OR BULKY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE ECONOMY SERVICE. NO TIME ESTIMATION PERTAINING TO THE DELIVERY OF THESE ORDERS CAN BE GIVEN

JKJ EXPRESS WILL ATTEMPT 3 DELIVERIES. IF THE THIRD ATTEMPT IS UNSUCCESSFUL,THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO VAPE CARTEL MEYERSDAL, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP THE PRODUCT

In store collections are available from the Tackle Cabin Head Office Only. Please call to arrange.

International Orders

Tackle Cabin is able to ship any order Internationally. Please contact us to discuss these options.  

Pre-Orders

Some products may be purchased through Tackle cabin on a pre order basis. An estimated date of delivery will be communicated on the product page. The estimated date of delivery is subject to change as Tackle Cabin is dependant on third party suppliers and shippers for these items. Pre Orders will be shipped on the next business day once Tackle Cabin receives the products. This is to allow quality checks and to ensure the product received is correct. 

Late Deliveries

PLEASE NOTE THAT TACKLE CABIN WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HAVE ALL ORDERS SENT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE ORDERS HAVE LEFT OUR STORE, WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE DELIVERIES.
