All online orders are received by Tackle Cabin's Head Office and can only be shipped from our Head Office
ORDERING FROM TACKLE CABIN:
Tackle Cabin strives to get your order out to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped overnight on the same day of ordering. Any orders placed after 15:00 will only be attended to the following business day. These orders will also be shipped overnight the following day. To avoid any delays in shipping, please ensure that all orders are placed with the correct information. We require the following for The Courier Guy shipments:
  • Name and Surname
  • Physical Address and Postal Code (Postal code has to be correct, as the RAM system uses the Postal Code to select your area) (No P.O. Box Addresses)
  • Cellular Telephone Number
Regrettably, no orders will be shipped or delivered on Public Holidays or Weekends. 
Please inspect your orders carefully before signing for the order. Once the waybill has been signed Vape Cartel cannot accept any responsibility for orders that were damaged in transit
ORDERS OVER R1000.00 HAVE THE OPTION TO SHIP OVERNIGHT FREE OF CHARGE. PLEASE SELECT THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION. DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ORDER, FREE SHIPPING ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED EITHER OVERNIGHT OR ECONOMY. NO TIME ESTIMATION PERTAINING TO THE DELIVERY OF THESE ORDERS CAN BE GIVEN
THE COURIER GUY WILL ATTEMPT 3 DELIVERIES. IF THE THIRD ATTEMPT IS UNSUCCESSFUL,THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO TACKLE CABIN. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP THE PRODUCT
TCG NEXT WORKING DAY (LIGHTWEIGHT) COURIER SERVICE
For a flat rate of R89.95, Tackle Cabin will ship your order with The Courier Guy to your doorstep overnight. All The Courier Gut shipments are sent out Overnight Express and will be delivered to your doorstep during the course of the following business day.

Please Note: Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours
Please Note: Only applicable to orders up to 2.00kg
TCG ECONOMY (HEAVYWEIGHT) COURIER SERVICE
For a flat rate of R149.95, Tackle Cabin will ship your order with The Courier Guy to your doorstep. All The Courier Guy Heavyweight shipments are sent out Economy.

Tackle Cabin is able to ship any order Internationally. Please contact us to discuss these options
PRE ORDERS
Some products may be purchased through Tackle Cabin on a pre order basis. An estimated date of delivery will be communicated on the product page. The estimated date of delivery is subject to change as Tackle Cabin is dependant on third party suppliers and shippers for these items. Pre Orders will be shipped on the next business day once Tackle Cabin receives the products. This is to allow quality checks and to ensure the product received is correct
LATE DELIVERIES
PLEASE NOTE THAT TACKLE CABIN WILL ENDEAVOUR TO HAVE ALL ORDERS SENT OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE ORDERS HAVE LEFT OUR STORE, WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF OUR COURIER PARTNERS AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE DELIVERIES.Â
